Zayd successful in domestic abuse trial

Zayd was instructed to represent a client at trial for domestic abuse where it was alleged that he strangled his partner and made threats to harm her.

Zayd was able to make legal arguments to avoid the Crown Prosecution Service using a 999 call which resulted in further submissions to dismiss the case.

Zayd's legal knowledge and application resulted in the Court dismissing the charges at trial.
