Zayd successful in exceptional hardship case

Zayd was able to advance exceptional hardship for his client who needed his licence in order to work and provide for his family.

After successful submissions, Zayd was able to persuade the Court not to ban his client but to endorse his licence. 

Zayd's client was extremely grateful and happy as he is now able to continue working and will not lose his livelihood.
